At Winkart, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products are not eligible for return. These include, but are not limited to:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Health and personal care items
Perishable goods
Intimate or sanitary items
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send items directly back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Items showing obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar media
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. You may also contact your bank for further information.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@winkart.net with details of the issue.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the return is received, a gift credit will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
